Petesch Brothers Construction

We are two brothers. Dennis Jr. and Andrew. We both been working construction since we were kids for our fathers business. Our father, Dennis Sr. had a very successful business for over 30 years plus, in and around Bellevue, Iowa and is now retired. We are located in Bellevue Iowa. We can build your dream home, remodel that out dated kitchen/bath, add additional rooms or just replace a broken door lock. No small job is ever turned down. With over 3 decades of combined experience between us, we have seen and done just about everything in construction. We believe in being honest, professional and trustworthy. We are licensed and insured in the state of Iowa.

Our specialty

We offer a more personal touch to remodel projects or new construction. Our customers are included in all decision making. We prefer to complete the project our-self but when needed we hire professionals we trust to complete any renovation or a new home build project. We believe being small is key to control and satisfaction of the project. We understand that a homeowner wants to limit the amount of strangers in their house on a remodel. We also offer confidential remodels for safe rooms, bunkers etc.

Our Promise

We only work with the best materials available. We are professionals and will not use second hand or used material. We never compromise quality for time and we give our clients realistic schedules that accommodate their lives. If you have kids, we make sure our tools are out of the way of reach after each work day is over.

We clean up after our-selves! What we bring in goes out with us. Our job sites are neat and professional. When inside the home, we use protective coverings on flooring and dust is controlled to work areas. Your home possessions do not get disturbed or stolen. We believe in trust and we will show your property respect.
